Dukes Head Hotel, Croydon

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but the noisy air conditioning was a downside. The service was excellent with room service available, but the price was a bit high for the value. The location was convenient near the local station, but a bit of a walk to the nearest tube station. The dining options were inclusive and even provided gluten-free bread, which was a nice touch, though I was craving more variety. However, the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
